Seeing as it is 2:45 AM I am just writing a quick note on my word count. I am officially at 36,154. I hope to hit 50,000 by the end of the month.

National Novel Writing Month
So, November is national novel writing month. It’s a month where you’re supposed to write a 50,000 word novel in a month. It will probably be crap but that isn’t the point.
I am participating this year but doing it slightly differently. My goal is to write 30,000 on my book. It’s 1,000 words a night which is doable. So far I have gone above 1,000 every night. The cool thing is when I am done with this my story will be a whopping 46,500 words. That’s like half a novel! Wahoo.
